Really Bad Chess

A chess puzzle on Puzzmo adapted from Zach Gage's Really Bad Chess: both sides start with random, unmirrored sets of pieces, the same for every player that day. Playing white, the goal is to checkmate the black king in as few moves as possible. Moves can be undone, but never twice in a row.
