A five-link chain of compound words or two-word phrases. Starting from a clue word such as EGG, the player taps letters to build the word that pairs with it, like SHELL, and that answer becomes the next clue. Each link allows four tries and offers a plain-language hint; practice chains are available beyond the daily one.
