# Stackle

> Build a word stack by swapping one letter.

Starting from the day's start words, each new word is formed by swapping exactly one letter of the current word and rearranging the rest, adding it to a growing stack. Swapped-out letters may not return and no word may repeat a letter. The run ends when no move remains, with medals awarded for stack height.
