# Slime Cross

A genetics puzzle based on Mendelian inheritance. Slimes carry two hidden copies of each gene, one from each parent, and crossing two always yields the same litter of four offspring, which can be bred further. The goal is to hatch a target slime within eight crosses; variants add colour mixing, recessive transparency and a fourth gene for wings.
