# How expensive?

> Estimate what an item cost at a past date.

Each round names an item, a place and a date, and the task is to estimate its price at that time. Five rounds are played daily using official price statistics, and the result is expressed as the average factor by which guesses missed, so a lower figure is better. A worked calculation explains each answer.
